The owner and managing director of Mantri Realty, Sunil Mantri is a well known figure in the real estate industry having established his brand in the year 1986. Over the course of twenty seven years, he has helped established the brand at a national level. Traditionally the norm in the real estate in the industry has been to establish and monopolize the market at the regional level. Mantri Realty broke away from this norm and decided to walk on a different path. With a pan India presence and developments in both the commercial and residential real estate markets, Sunil Mantri has guided the company through the varied challenges and opportunities that the sector offers.

Sunil Mantri, began his career as a stock broker, having decided against working in the family business of distribution; for brands in the textile industry across the country. He started by investing in the real estate sector and after understanding the opportunities and challenges in the sector, decided to enter it as a real estate developer.

Sunil Mantri is currently serving as the president of a self regulating body in the real estate sector, NAREDCO. Its members consist of developers from the industry, members of the public and senior government officials. The main objective of the body is to shape the future of the real estate sector in India. Sunil Mantri has also served on various panels, expert forums and government task forces at both the national and international level.

He is also serving in other associations such as ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India), IMC (Indian Merchants’ Chambers), FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry), CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry), and the National Committee on Real Estate & Housing at various levels and with varied responsibilities.
