When Sunil Mantri was asked how will he be able to pay for all of it, he said, “it will be done through debt and selling stakes in the projects to private equity firms”. This real estate is currently developing 10 different projects in Western India.

Mantri Realty also aims to invest 100 crores for an IT park in Kolaphur, it is called as ‘Mantri Info Park’. The land has been taken on lease by the company from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation(MIDC). In addition to this the state government has given 2 acres more of land to Mantri Realty which is adjacent to the current IT park, as they plan on building a ultra-modern IT park within a year, and the estimated cost is around 20 crores. This IT park in Kolhapur spreads over 25,000 sq.ft.
